Thank you for choosing The Enhanced Network. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing to any of our services.
Digital Products and Services
Subscriptions:
- All subscription sales are final.
- Subscriptions to our services, including but not limited to cybersecurity education programs, Among Us mods, and Minecraft server access, are non-refundable.
- We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods or accidental purchases.
One-Time Purchases:
- Digital products and services purchased on a one-time basis are non-refundable.
- If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact our support team for assistance.
Physical Products
If we offer any physical products in the future, the following conditions will apply:
- Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Downloaded software or digital products.
- Services that have been rendered or started.
- Gift cards.
